- Please can you ensure all working areas are clear of furniture/ building materials etc.
- Floors will need to be protected if finished flooring is below, this is at the responsibility of the home owner/ contractor, if more convenient we can apply protection if agreed before a labour & material charge will be added.
- It is advisable that installing plaster mouldings should be done pre painting, if fixed to finished painted walls a touch up will be needed after works are completed.
- Ceiling roses - Electrical works must be done by an electrician before the ceiling rose is installed.
- The cable will need be centre of the room or in the desired position prior to installation.
- If purchasing through a third party supplier please ensure you have read their specifications and the length of their product. Also enquire how much waste is required to avoid any incomplete areas.
Payment terms: Install only: Payment is due on day of completion.
Supply & install: 50% with order - balance on completion.
